My career spans over 25 years in corporate product leadership roles. I have worked for many of the top financial services companies in Australia successfully shaping and executing the vision, strategy and roadmaps for products to achieve business goals. I have led and managed teams, guiding and mentoring them in their development and delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Today, I am a professional coach who loves to empower people to discover their own strengths, vision, strategies and goals for their professional lives. I am passionate about supporting emerging and current leaders so they can unlock their full potential and be the leader they want to be.

At certain times throughout my career, I was fortunate enough to work with some great leaders who acted as role-models and mentors to me. But for the most part, I had to find my own ways of learning how to be the leader I wanted to be. Over the years, I invested in my own professional development, taking many training courses, but I didn’t experience any real long-term value in those and they didn’t allow me to experiment, fail and learn. It wasn’t until I had my first experience with leadership coaching that my eyes were opened to the incredible value it brings and the immediate and sustained results it can achieve.

I believe that becoming a better leader is not something most people achieve on their own. It requires targeted and tailored professional support to develop the skills, mindset, emotional intelligence, and confidence.  This is why I’m so passionate about working with individuals and teams to unlock their leadership potential.

My goal is to support people in truly understanding themselves, their team, and those they lead, so they can use their unique strengths and talents to become exceptional leaders.
